- Can I try before signing up?
- Yes. /new lets you build a desktop preview with no account — typing flows directly into a real Amazon-style PDP render. You can even paste an Amazon URL or ASIN and we'll import it. Mobile, search, sponsored, and storefront surfaces show through to a signup prompt; saving the draft, sharing it, exporting, and switching surfaces all require a free account. Anything you build at /new is preserved when you sign up.
- What does the “Listera credit” on Free PNGs look like?
- A small “Made with listera.io” line in the bottom-right corner of desktop and mobile preview exports. It’s a credit, not a watermark — the rest of the export is fully clean and usable. Search-tile and sponsored-ad exports ship with no credit at all (those surfaces are too small for a corner mark), so even on Free you can hand off ad-creative renders cleanly. Every paid plan ships PNGs with no credit on any surface.
- How does branding on share pages and PDFs work (Agency+)?
- Upload your logo in workspace settings, and it replaces the Listera wordmark on every share page and approval page, and sits at the top of every PDF export page. The “try Listera free” CTA is also hidden on your shared previews so clients aren’t prospected. The “rendered by Listera · not a live Amazon page” disclaimer stays — it protects you as much as us.
- How does the Agency seat add-on work?
- Agency includes 5 seats. Extra seats are $25/mo each, prorated. You can add or remove seats anytime — billing adjusts on your next invoice.
- What happens if I hit a plan limit?
- We won't delete anything. Hitting the preview limit locks new creation until you upgrade or archive older previews — existing work stays editable.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable, but you can switch tiers anytime.
- Do you offer a trial on paid plans?
- 7-day free trial on Starter, Pro, and Agency. Card required at checkout; cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged.
- What’s a project, and how is it different from approvals?
- A project is a folder of previews you bundle together for one client review — say, the four product pages and one storefront going out for Q3. You start round 1 with notes about what changed; your client approves them one by one, asks for changes where needed, and you start round 2 once you’ve made revisions. Approvals (also on Pro+) are simpler — one preview, one email, one yes-or-no — and they’re the right tool when you’re sending a single thing for sign-off rather than running an ongoing review cycle.
- Can my client review without making an account?
- Yes. They open the link, look at the previews, leave comments, and approve or ask for changes — no signup, no password. They can type their name and email if they want to (we’ll show those next to their decisions for your records), but it’s optional. This works for every share link, every tier.
- How does the brand portal work? (Agency+)
- Each client gets one link for their brand that they can bookmark. As you publish new projects under that brand, they show up on the same page — your client never has to chase down a fresh link. The portal lists the projects with their current round; clicking any project drops them into the same review board they’d see from a direct project link. The page wears your logo when you’ve uploaded one.
- Do share links count toward the seat limit?
- No. Share links are read-only (or comment-only) and don't consume seats. Only workspace members with edit access count.
- How do Free share links work?
- Free shares carry a small “Made with Listera.io” band on the recipient’s view, expire 30 days after creation, and you can keep one active share per preview. Upgrade to Starter for unlimited clean shares with no expiry. Existing Free-era shares stay watermarked after upgrade so recipients’ expectations don’t change mid-stream — there’s a one-click “remove watermark from existing shares” in workspace billing if you want to clean them up.
- How do ASIN imports and refreshes count?
- The monthly counter resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Failed imports don’t count against your quota — only successful and in-progress ones do. Initial imports and Refresh from Amazon have separate budgets, so refreshing doesn’t eat into your import limit.
- Can I try the compare view before upgrading?
- Starter includes compare against another mockup in your workspace. Comparing against the live Amazon listing is a Pro feature because it uses our provider budget. Compare requires a signed-in workspace — the anonymous /new flow is editor-only.
