This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It sets out how you’re allowed to use Listera (the “Service”), operated by SlowFast LLC. If you violate it, we can suspend or close your account.
1. Don’t use Listera to do any of this
You agree you won’t do any of the following, and you won’t help anyone else do them either:
1.1. Break the law
- upload, store, or share content that violates someone’s rights, infringes copyright or trademarks, or breaks any law that applies to you;
- sell, promote, or advertise goods that you don’t have the right to sell;
- use Listera in any way that violates U.S. export controls or sanctions, or the laws of the country where you are.
1.2. Harm other people
- harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone;
- upload or share content that’s sexual, violent, hateful, or that targets or sexualises minors;
- collect or scrape personal data about other Listera users.
1.3. Mislead shoppers
Listera is for previewing real listings before they go live. Don’t use it to generate fake or deceptive Amazon-style content meant to scam shoppers, mislead about product origin, manipulate reviews, or impersonate Amazon, a brand, or a seller you don’t represent.
1.4. Attack the Service
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without our written permission;
- upload viruses, worms, malware, or anything else designed to damage or disrupt;
- circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or any other technical restriction we’ve put in place;
- use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service except through documented APIs we’ve given you;
- resell, sublicense, or rebuild the Service or any of its outputs as a competing product.
1.5. Spam
- send unsolicited bulk email through Listera-generated share links or invitations;
- use share links or comment threads to push promotional content unrelated to a real review of a real listing;
- misuse the email features (share links, approval requests) to send to people who haven’t agreed to receive them.
1.6. Mess with Amazon improperly
Importing public listing data is fine and is what the Service is designed for. Using Listera to violate Amazon’s own rules — for example, by automating actions against your seller account, harvesting competitor data at industrial scale, or generating content to game Amazon’s ranking systems — is not.
2. Content uploaded to the Service
You’re responsible for everything you upload. You confirm that you have the rights to upload it, that it doesn’t violate anyone’s rights, and that it follows this policy.
We don’t pre-screen content. If we find or are told about content that breaks this policy, we may take it down without notice.
3. How we enforce
If you break this policy we may, depending on the severity:
- warn you and give you a chance to fix the problem;
- remove or hide specific content;
- suspend your account temporarily;
- terminate your account and delete your data;
- report the activity to law enforcement when required.
For serious violations — security threats, illegal content, harm to others — we’ll act immediately and skip the warning step.
If your account is suspended or terminated for a violation, you don’t get a refund for the unused part of your billing period.
4. Reporting abuse
If you see something on Listera that breaks this policy, tell us. Email legal@listera.io with as much detail as you can: the URL, a description of what’s wrong, and your contact info if you want a reply. We’ll investigate and act.
Copyright takedown requests should also go to legal@listera.io. Include the work that’s being infringed, where the infringement is on Listera, your contact info, and a statement that you have the right to make the request.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. The “effective” date at the top reflects the most recent change. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated policy.
